Measure a roof from its address
RoofTools finds the newest public LiDAR survey of the house, isolates the building, splits the roof into planes and measures each one: pitch, direction and true sloped area, then squares and ridge, hip, valley, rake and eave lengths.
Takes 20 to 90 seconds. Works across most of the US; older or sparser surveys give rougher results, and the survey date is shown so you can tell if the roof has changed since.
This is a test build. Please measure houses whose roofs you know and tell us where it is wrong:
each result has a suggestion box. General suggestions.
